Terms of Service
Last updated July 7, 2026
These terms describe the basic rules for using DirectorProof, a career record and professional vault for funeral-industry professionals, students, apprentices, and related organizations.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. DirectorProof may require account verification, security checks, or updated contact information to protect your record.
Your Records
Your professional record belongs to you. You decide what to add, export, print, share, or delete, subject to security, billing, legal, and backup requirements. You should only upload information you have the right to store and should avoid unnecessary private third-party details.
Appropriate Use
Do not use DirectorProof to store unlawful content, harass others, misuse feedback requests, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or upload malware or content that violates another person's rights.
Professional Guidance
DirectorProof is a recordkeeping and career-support tool. It does not replace legal, licensing, employment, financial, clinical, or mental-health advice. Users remain responsible for confirming state rules, employer requirements, and professional obligations.
Subscriptions And Access
Some features may require a paid plan or business sponsorship. The Student File feature set remains free forever. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and receipts may be handled by payment providers. Feature availability may change as the product evolves.
Availability
We work to keep DirectorProof reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, vendor issues, or security events. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features when needed.
